We would love to provide better mocking support. Have you considered mocking DomainClient for #1? Perhaps it might be cleaner since it is stateless. On #3, we would love to provide such a capability in a future version. It is tricky in general since there is often no support for &amp;quot;deleted since&amp;quot; queries in databases/other stores. Of course we can ferry all the IDs from client to mid-tier to store.
